Take advantage of this opportunity to gain deeper insights into modern welding techniques in a compact training course. Our course provides you with expert knowledge of specialized processes that optimize your manufacturing processes and increase product quality.
Take advantage of this specialized training to further your professional development and learn cutting-edge welding techniques. Expand your expertise and make your production more efficient and precise. Secure your place and benefit from in-depth, practical training!
ForceArc:
Precise welding with a smaller opening angle for strong welds and reduced rework, ideal for thicker materials.
ColdArc
low-energy thin sheet welding reduces spatter and distortion – for high-quality, durable thin sheet joints.
RootArc:
Optimized root welds for strong, durable connections with high load-bearing capacity.
TigSpeed
TIG welding with higher deposition rate for increased productivity and precise seams.
ForceTig
mechanized TIG process for maximum stability and precision, especially suitable for demanding manufacturing tasks.
Basic knowledge: Fundamentals
To benefit fully from the training, basic welding skills are required. Participants should already possess the following basic knowledge:
Understanding of welding processes;
basic knowledge of various welding techniques such as TIG (tungsten inert gas welding), MIG/MAG (metal inert/metal active gas welding) and their areas of application.
Welding materials and properties:
Basic knowledge of various materials such as steel, aluminium and their welding properties in order to adapt the techniques accordingly.
Occupational safety in the welding sector:
Knowledge of basic safety regulations and protective measures during welding, especially when dealing with electric arcs and gases.
First practical experience:
Basic practice in handling welding equipment and weld seam designs for the safe handling and processing of different materials.
These fundamentals ensure that participants can quickly understand and effectively implement the advanced techniques of the training.
This training aims to optimize your company's manufacturing processes through the targeted use of modern welding techniques. After the seminar, you will be familiar with the latest technologies and procedures and be able to use them safely and efficiently. You will also receive practical tips on how to further improve welding quality in your production and reduce production costs.
