Welding fume extraction
BURNER EXTRACTION SYSTEM
With the help of our burner extraction system, the fumes are extracted where they originate.
Reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly processes.
Function:
Depending on the burner technology, the hose package on the robot is connected to a high-vacuum extraction system via an integrated or external air guide.
Due to the high vacuum, a small pipe cross-section is possible. The smoke is extracted directly at its source and then filtered.
This has the advantage that large extraction hoods, which, for example, make crane loading more difficult, can be dispensed with.
BURNER CLEANING STATION
Process reliability in automated welding through preventive torch cleaning, wire cutting and anti-spatter protection with the TCS Compact!
Optimal and time-saving cleaning of the gas nozzle for a reliable welding process and increased system availability. Test it live with us now.
BURNER REPLACEMENT SYSTEM
With an automatic torch changing system, the welding robot can be equipped with different welding systems in a program-controlled manner.
It makes no difference whether two MAG systems with different welding additives are used, or whether the change is between MAG, TIG, stud welding or plasma welding to complete an assembly.
Extraction via rear wall or extraction hood
This system technology enables the extraction of larger volumes of air at extraction hoods or system roofs and rear wall extractions.
Function:
The welding fumes produced at the weld seam rise and are then captured via an extraction element (roof or rear wall) designed specifically for the system concept and directed to the filter system. There, the air is cleaned and returned to the room.
The advantage of this concept is that it also captures smoke escaping from the pipe structures next to the weld seam.
