UR Cobot CAPs
SimpleWeld
It enables intuitive and straightforward control of welding power sources. Parameter adjustments as well as start and stop commands for the arc can be implemented effortlessly. Furthermore, additional functions can be easily integrated into the program.
SimpleTeach
Programming the cobot is significantly simplified by the ability to set waypoints directly via buttons in the software or on the optional SimpleHold comfort torch holder. Compared to the standard interface, this user-friendly method speeds up the teaching and programming process many times over.
SimpleOffset
This function allows you to effortlessly copy, move, or quickly and precisely create multiple identical components side by side – without having to program each component individually. Simply specify the desired quantity and position – and you're all set.
SimpleOscillate
Enables the robot to perform precise pendulum movements. A wide variety of welding-relevant pendulum patterns are available, allowing larger weld volumes and gaps to be processed efficiently and without complex programming.
SimpleSearch
The tolerances of components can be compensated for by determining reference edges using a welding wire or a gas nozzle, thus enabling automatic adjustment of the robot program.
Cobot Extensions
SimpleHold - burner holder comfort
The cobot's intuitive and exceptionally fast operation is made possible by the user-friendly controls on the torch holder. The Freedrive function, as well as the insertion of waypoints and welding commands, are performed directly on the handling unit, significantly simplifying programming. Colored LEDs visualize and confirm inserted waypoints and functions, while a switchable LED illuminates the torch's working area and supports precise positioning of the cobot.
SimpleHelp - remote maintenance module
In the event of a malfunction, this add-on enables quick access to the robot system to efficiently resolve interruptions and provide remote programming support.
