The ArcWorld Evo is a state-of-the-art robotic grinding system designed to automatically and efficiently machine complex components from multiple sides. Thanks to its integrated rotary/tilting table, the workpiece can be positioned in various ways, reliably removing discoloration and precisely grinding down weld protrusions.

ArcWorld Evo Grinding Robot
The robot grinding equipment consists of a powerful drive unit with an integrated pressure compensation module, which ensures a uniform grinding pattern.
It is available as both a belt sander and a disc sander.
The abrasive change is fully automated via a dedicated station. This station removes the used abrasive and then reloads the grinder. This ensures consistently high grinding quality and eliminates the need for manual intervention during the changeover.
